Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions By booking with Henna's Glam House, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Booking & Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and will be applied toward your service balance. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling: At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Repeated cancellations may require full payment upfront or affect future booking eligibility. Late Policy: Please arrive on time and prepared for your appointment. A $15 late fee applies after 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. Clients more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled, depending on availability and the impact on other appointments. If canceled due to lateness, the deposit will not be refunded. Please contact us if you anticipate being late; notification does not guarantee your appointment can be accommodated. Skin, Allergies & Reactions: Clients are responsible for disclosing all known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, recent cosmetic procedures, and relevant product reactions before services begin. Because individual skin can react differently to cosmetic products, Henna's Glam House cannot guarantee that irritation, sensitivity, breakouts, or allergic reactions will not occur. Henna's Glam House is not responsible for reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, or conditions. Clients experiencing discomfort or a reaction during service should notify the artist immediately. Clients with contagious skin or eye conditions may be asked to reschedule. Appointment Preparation: Please arrive with a clean face unless otherwise instructed. Heavy makeup removal may reduce your available service time. Service Results: Makeup is an artistic service, and results may vary based on skin type, texture, facial features, and individual preferences. Reference photos are welcome. Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Henna's Glam House is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Professional Conduct: Respectful behavior is required. Threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
